Site Management

Sites represent the physical research locations where clinical trials are conducted.

Adding a Site

From a study's detail page, click Add Site and enter:

| Field | Required | Description | |-------|----------|-------------| | Site Number | Yes | Unique identifier within the study | | Name | Yes | Site name (e.g., "Memorial Hospital") | | Principal Investigator | No | Lead researcher at this site | | City | No | Site city | | Country | No | Site country |

Site Status

Sites track their progress through:

• Identification — initial site selection
• Selection — site approved for participation
• Initiation — site setup and training complete
• Active — enrolling subjects
• Closed — no longer active

Viewing Sites

All sites for a study are listed on the study detail page with:

• Site number and name
• Principal investigator, city, and country
• Current status as a color-coded chip
